Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
A conversation is a single thread between your team (or Mary AI) and a customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. A new message from the same customer after 24 hours of inactivity starts a new conversation.

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are paid upfront for a 20% discount but you can cancel and receive a prorated refund at any time.
We won't cut off your customers. You'll receive a notification at 80% and 100% usage. Beyond the limit, conversations continue but new ones are queued for human review until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
